Sign our work agreement and after the three day waiting period we will perform a complete inspection of your home identifying any damaged potentially covered by your insurance policy. 
We will then review and strategize what we find with you. 
If damages that are related to a covered peril are found and a claim is submitted we will manage the entire process of restoration including communicating and meeting with your adjuster and the insurance company.

Prepaid services

Prepayment for future services is very popular with our clients. Pay as much or as little as you want toward potential services offsetting your deductible. The prepaid amount is credited to your account. In the advent of a claim settlement we deduct the amount you have prepaid from your deductible.

We will provide trade experts for appliances, electronics, etc as needed and as provided for by the property insurance policy.
