Philip WeberPhilip's background includes being a licensed real estate agent and broker in both Colorado and Washington states. He was an investor in both states with ownership in multiple single family, condo, townhowm, and raw land real estate properties. His real estate ownership and investor experience includes renovations, property management, property management, short and long plat developement, new construction, working with city official, architects, attornies, engineers and the community. He worked in the water and fire restoration business in Washington state. He owned a business automation software company in Seattle, Lastly and maybe most importantly he has extensive experience and training in the insurance industry, damage assesment, claims processes and technology. Running his insurance adjusting company adds a rare depth of knowledge to the Property Animalz team.
