Keith Weber

Keith spent years rehabbing and renovating homes in the Denver metro area. These projects often included the acquisition of the property, working with architects on pop-tops and scrapes, working with designers and of course contractors and subcontractors. Keith's experience is not limited to fix and flips. He has overseen the purchase of multifamily projects and their subsequent condo conversion.

It was during this time Keith forged his relationship with Ben Velasquez, our teams Managing General Contractor.

Keith has remodeled  custom high end bathrooms and kitchens and has delivered the highest quality to enrich the lives of his clients. 

Denver is my Home
Keith grew up in the Denver area. He is married to Tina Weber, and together they have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Keith and Tina are passionate about helping others, especially during their time of need. Their experience and passion for people are a great asset when it comes to helping others through the difficult process of an insurance claim and re-construction

Concierge - Driven to help others.
Keith dedicates a sizable part of his life to his community. He counsels  and educates people. He and Tina have given their time to Divorce Care group. Keith and Tina are active members of the Colorado Springs chapter of Koinonia, and he is one of a group of rotating pastors that teaches a class on Tuesday nights through his spiritual community.
